souq sells downloadable digital products, including Markdown prompt files, PDF guides, and sometimes zip files. souq is a simple checkout-and-download store: no account, cart, subscription, or product detail page.

minimum age

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy or claim files from souq. If you use souq for a company or other organization, you are responsible for having authority to do that.

buying and delivery

• Paid checkout is handled by Stripe. souq may receive checkout status, amount, currency, email, and transaction identifiers.
• Free files use the same delivery flow without a Stripe charge.
• The download link appears on the success page and souq sends it to the checkout address. Email delivery can be affected by spam filters, provider issues, or a wrong address.
• Download links work for 7 days or 5 downloads, whichever comes first. The link is a bearer link; anyone who has it may be able to use it until it expires or reaches the download limit.
• You are responsible for entering a correct email address and downloading the file during the access window.

license

Files are licensed, not sold, for personal or internal business use only. souq and its licensors keep all rights not expressly granted. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense, share download links, include the files in products or services for others, use them as training datasets, or package them into a competing product. This restriction applies to the purchased files themselves, not to separate work you create without reproducing them.

refunds and corrections

Because digital files are delivered immediately, completed purchases are generally final except where required by law. souq may review a correction, replacement, or refund request for a duplicate charge, failed delivery, wrong file, or a file that cannot be downloaded, opened, or extracted using common tools. Preference issues, buyer setup problems, expired access windows, AI output quality, or results from third-party tools are not refundable by default.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot legally be waived. Approved corrections are normally limited to re-sending a link, replacing the file, or refunding the amount paid for the affected product.

AI use

Files are provided as-is and as-available. souq makes no promise of accuracy, completeness, compatibility, continued availability, revenue, rankings, platform acceptance, or compliance outcome. There is no specific result promised. Results may vary by AI model, settings, user input, provider changes, and third-party terms. Products are not legal, financial, trading, tax, medical, security, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing how you use the files and any output they help create.

Third-party services

souq relies on third-party services such as Stripe, hosting, storage, email delivery, browsers, PDF readers, Markdown tools, zip utilities, and AI platforms. Those services may change, fail, reject a request, or apply their own terms. souq is not responsible for third-party availability, policies, model behavior, or tool compatibility.

Consumer review and rating integrity

The star rating is derived from simple up/down votes. Unless stated otherwise, votes are not verified purchase reviews. There are no written reviews, comments, or buyer notes. souq does not sell votes, buy votes, or ask for written endorsements. souq may remove or ignore vote activity that appears automated, abusive, fraudulent, or technically invalid.

access and abuse

You are responsible for downloading during the access window and keeping the link private. souq may limit support, block downloads, or decline re-sends connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, automated scraping, link sharing, or misuse.

liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, souq's total liability for a product is limited to the maximum amount you paid for that product.

disputes

Contact support first so the issue can be reviewed against the order record. To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes are handled individually; no class or representative action is authorized by these terms. California law applies except where local law requires otherwise.

changes

Terms may change as the product, providers, or law changes. The version posted on this page applies when you use the site or make a purchase after the change is posted.
