While the store is not open, this website keeps no access logs; your connection details are used only to deliver the page you request. If you email us, we receive your email address and message. We use no advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

When the store opens

To process orders we will collect your email address, order details and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. We may run fraud-prevention checks on orders.

Why we use it

To deliver products, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

With our payment provider, hosting and email providers, and brands or distributors only where needed to fulfil or verify an order, or when the law requires. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Website access logs: none kept. Order and tax records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7 years). Support emails: up to 3 years after the last message.
