Terms of Sale

Last updated: 20 October 2026. The store is not open yet; these terms will apply to purchases once it opens.

1. Who we are

souq is a brand of qourat, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). Company registration details and our postal address are available on request at support@souq.gg.

2. What we sell

Digital products: software and licence keys, game items and top-ups, gift cards and vouchers, digital content and data, and AI credits. Each product page states the price, currency, region or platform restrictions, and any expiry or usage rules set by the brand. Products are supplied by the brand or an authorised distributor and remain subject to the brand's own terms.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address and details you give us, because delivery is made to them.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before checkout, including any taxes we are required to collect. Payment is processed by a regulated payment provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the product is delivered.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered on screen and by email, usually within minutes after payment is confirmed. Some orders may be held for a verification check before delivery (see section 7). If we cannot deliver an order, we will refund it in full.

6. Using products

You may use products only for lawful personal or business purposes and only in the regions and platforms they are made for. Reselling, scraping, or using products to commit fraud or money laundering is prohibited.

7. Fraud prevention and verification

To protect customers, brands and payment partners, we may check orders for signs of fraud, ask for reasonable additional verification, limit quantities, or cancel and refund orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or breach these terms.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for the brand's own service, outages or changes to its platform.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
